Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping within the UK.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship to all locations in the UK?

We deliver to most locations across the UK and Europe at large. For remote areas, delivery times may vary. And Europe as well.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we only accept Skrill and bitcoin payments. We use the Skrill Wallet as our payment gateway provider. Its easy to set up and works exactly like PayPal. It is the best option in the UK for processing THC related payments since Visa and Master Card are not friendly to them.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use advanced encryption technology to ensure all payment details are safe and secure.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

At this time, we only support one payment method per transaction.

What is the minimum order?

LWe have a fixed  £170 minimum order before we can process any orders. All orders placed must meet this requirement. We won’t issue any refunds if the order did not meet these requirements.

Do you accept PayPal?

Would love to, but Paypal does not support the cannabis or hemp Industry.

Returns

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind orders. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchase.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue. If verified, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, due to health and safety regulations, edible products and perishable goods cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
