- If your package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee and a £20 administration charge.
- Please double-check your address details before confirming your order to avoid delays or additional fees.
Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays.

Compensation and Replacement Policies

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered, but you have not received it:

- If the address was incorrect, we cannot offer additional assistance.
- Check your property, including any safe places where the courier may have left the package.
- Confirm with neighbors or anyone at your address if they have accepted the package on your behalf.
If the package is still missing after completing these steps:
- Contact us immediately.
- We will initiate an investigation with the courier service.
- Replacements will only be issued if the courier confirms the package was not delivered.
Order Not Marked as Delivered After 7 Business Days
If your package has not been marked as delivered within 7 business days of dispatch:
- Email us to report the delay.
- We will open an investigation with the courier service.
- Depending on the investigation’s findings, we may:
- Dispatch a replacement order immediately.
- Wait for the investigation to conclude before taking further action.
Compensation for Delivery Delays
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds or compensation for delayed deliveries, including delays for orders shipped via Express Post.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates, and delays caused by factors beyond our control cannot be reimbursed.
